This year, the Basque Energy Cluster and Ocean Energy Europe are teaming up to deliver a joint event on ocean energy, taking place on 18-20 October 2022. The event will combine the International Ocean Conference on Ocean Energy (ICOE) and Ocean Energy Europe’s (OEE) annual event.
